The Czech Mountaineering Association has begun to focus on the development of para climbing in Czechia. "Our goal is to make climbing accessible to all enthusiastic athletes regardless of physical conditions and disabilities and to expand the Czech para-climbing representation," the ČHS announced on Facebook.

In October 2025, the first para-climbing workshop was held, laying the foundations and bringing together athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, and others interested in this para sport, according to the Czech Climbing Association.
