Jan Štípek and Michaela Smetanová finished 18th in the semifinals of the World Cup in lead climbing in Wujiang, China, today, making them the top Czech finishers. Martin Stráník placed 22nd in the semifinals and Arina Jurčenko 23rd. The finals will take place this evening local time, with no Czech competitors remaining.
