Helena Lipenská competed on the end of the last week (Jul 29-30) in L'Argentière La Bessée (FRA) on the World Cup compettion in bouldering and she was the 20th.

Radovan Souček ended 46th.

One week earlier (Jul 23-24) there was the competition in Friedrichshafen (GER) on OutDoor Climbing Events 2004 in speed and difficulty. According to the results on the site of ICC the Czech climber Libor Hroza was 14th in speed.
Only almost 14 year old David Lama (AUT) won the man´s difficulty category where the Czechs did not participiate. He overcame adults e.g. 34 year old Serik Kazbekov (UKR) who was the 4th.
