Pepa Šindel climbed another 9a/+ route: Procesor in Slovakia
Pepa Šindel has added another 9a+/9a+ route to his list of climbs, namely Procesor 11/11+ UIAA in the Višňová area of Slovakia. He recorded the climb in his diary on Lezce and posted about it on Instagram. This is Pepa's 14th route rated 9a to 9a+.
Radek Votoček has done his seventh 9a: Pumplori in Germany
Radek Votoček has climbed his seventh 9a route, Pumplori 11 UIAA in the Allgäu region of Germany. The 10-meter route on a large overhang is basically one long boulder by Christian Bidnhammer, Radek wrote to us.
Adam Ondra finished 7th in the final of the World Cup lead climbing competition in Koper, Slovenia, this evening. The winners were Sorato Anraku of Japan and Janja Garnbret of Slovenia. Second place went to Alberto Ginés López of Spain and Chaehyun Seo of South Korea, while third place went to Toby Roberts of Great Britain and Laura Rogora of Italy.

Pepa Šindel climbed another 9a route: Harmatanec in Slovakia
Pepa Šindel has climbed another 9a route, namely the first ascent of Harmatanec in the Harmanec - Bystrická dolina area in Slovakia. He recorded the climb in his diary on Lezec and posted about it on Instagram. This is Pepa's thirteenth route rated 9a to 9a+.
Czech climbers Marek Disman, Petr Disman and Tomáš Lukš climbed a previously unclimbed pillar on the south face of Hochalmspitze.
In addition to the existing routes Traumfänger (6a) and Südpfeiler (V) on the main pillar of the south face, they have added another option for climbing the queen of the Hohe Tauern.
Youth Climbing World Championships Helsinki, Finland
Last night, Lukáš Mokroluský became the junior vice-world champion in lead climbing in Helsinki, Finland. Lukáš reached the same position as the winner in the final, so the results were decided by Friday's semi-final. Yesterday morning, the last semi-final was held for the U17 category, in which Adéla Bodanská finished in 19th place.
